In compliance with Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE), we inform you that www.gironatour.com is an Internet domain linked to Costa Brava City Tour SL, Tax ID B55348924.
These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between Costa Brava City Tour SL (hereinafter, Girona Tour) and the user who makes a booking through our platform.
Acceptance of bookings
Girona Tour only accepts bookings from persons with full legal capacity to act. Legal entities must act through a duly authorised representative.
Accuracy of information
The information provided on the booking platform must be truthful. Girona Tour reserves the right to cancel bookings where incorrect information has been provided. In such cases, the amount paid may not be refunded.
Meeting point and compliance
You are responsible for arriving at the meeting point on time. Once the tour has started, you will not be able to join the group.
If you are travelling from abroad, you are personally responsible for having the necessary travel documents (passport, etc.) and complying with applicable health regulations.
We recommend arriving at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time.
Participation conditions
You are personally responsible for complying with the participation conditions. Girona Tour reserves the right to exclude participants who do not meet these conditions. In such cases, the amount paid will not be refunded.
Payment
Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking. If Girona Tour does not accept your booking, the amount charged will be fully refunded.
Insurance
Insurance is not included in the price. You are personally responsible for obtaining sufficient insurance coverage. The level of insurance required depends on the activity booked.
Unpaid services
If you do not pay for the booked service or revoke payment, your claim to the service benefits will be forfeited. This will be considered a cancellation and applicable cancellation charges will apply.
Cancellation policy
If you cancel the activity, we advise you to read the booking information and the confirmation voucher carefully. If no cancellation policy is stated in the voucher or booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:
- Up to 7 days before the activity start: full refund.
- Less than 7 days up to 0 days before the activity start, or if you do not show up: no refund.
Refunds will be made to the same card number or bank account used for payment.
Documentation and identification
You must keep your ticket throughout the visit. If lost, you will not be able to continue the tour. It is mandatory to carry your ID (national ID card or passport) on the day of the visit. Staff or service providers may request and verify it to confirm your identity.
Personal data
In accordance with our Privacy Policy, depending on the service contracted, your personal data may be shared with collaborating companies that are necessary for the provision of the service.
Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law currently in force. Any dispute arising from them shall be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable regulations.
